  • Reforming the existing legal framework comfortably capable of meeting needs of poor and vulnerable people (Short – Medium)
  • Number of decisions/resolutions implemented
  • Improved service delivery by government department
  • District Bar associations are systematically / Institutionally involved in providing legal aid services for clients
  • Increase in percentage of people (Disaggregated) who have confidence in police/trade dispute resolution/courts baseline survey
  • Number of cases resolved
  • Percentage of different types of beneficiaries accessing the legal aid services
  • Poor and vulnerable people know that legal advice is available and how to access that advice

  • Citizens made aware regarding justice provider institutions and other line department
  • Establishment of legal Aid Referral Mechanisms connecting communities with the resource centre
