Capacity Building of Local Government System & its Representatives
PJN initiated program for Capacity Building of Local Government System & its Representatives in KP. In order to do so, PJN has signed a formal MOU with KP Local Government Secretirat. The core purpose of this MOU is to integrate and collaborate towards working for Democratic and Just Society. #RightToGoodGovernance
PJN intends to support the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, by collaborating and coordination for capacity building of elected representative of local governments. PJN will also work for increased engagement of citizens in political process as well as promotion of information and communication technologies for the use of local governance. PJN will also launch a mobile application for local bodies in KP and provide Paralegal Trainings to local body representatives as well.

PJN is also become one of the core member of the Working Group and working in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for strengthening Local Government System.
Project - Political Capital and Performance of Politicians in Community
PJN with the support of International Growth Center (IGC) and Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) initiated trainings of Village and Neighborhood Councils in District Haripur and District Nowshera. The core purpose of the program is to conduct local government representatives need assessment through community survey and then to conduct capacity building trainings on Local Government Act, leadership skills, dispute resolution skills and village development plan formation skills.
